アソウ・インシュアランス・デザイン株式会社は、個人情報保護の重要性に鑑み、また、保険業に対する社会の信頼をより向上させるため、個人情報の保護に関する法律（個人情報保護法）その他の関連法令・ガイドライン等を遵守して、個人情報を適正に取り扱うとともに、安全管理について適切な措置を講じます。
アソウ・インシュアランス・デザイン株式会社は、個人情報の取り扱いが適正に行われるよう、従業者への教育・指導を徹底し、適正な取り扱いに取り組んでまいります。また、個人情報の取り扱いに関する苦情・相談に迅速に対応し、当代理店の個人情報の取り扱いおよび安全管理に係る適切な措置については、適宜見直し、改善いたします。
１.個人情報の取得
アソウ・インシュアランス・デザイン株式会社は、業務上必要な範囲内で、かつ、適法で公正な手段により個人情報を取得します。
２．個人情報の利用目的
アソウ・インシュアランス・デザイン株式会社は、下記の保険会社から保険業務の委託を受けた代理店であり、取得した個人情報を各社の商品・サービスのご提供のために必要な範囲で利用します。その他の目的に利用することはありません。
上記の利用目的を変更する場合には、その内容をご本人に対し、原則として書面等によりご通知し、またはホームページへの掲載などの方法により公表します。
保険会社の個人情報の利用目的は、各社のホームページに記載してあります。

３．個人データの安全管理措置
アソウ・インシュアランス・デザイン株式会社は、取り扱う個人データの漏えい、滅失またはき損の防止その他の個人データの安全管理のため、安全管理に関する取扱規程等の整備および実施体制の整備等、十分なセキュリティ対策を講じるとともに、利用目的の達成に必要とされる正確性・最新性を確保するために適切な措置を講じています。
４． 個人データの第三者への提供
アソウ・インシュアランス・デザイン株式会社は、個人データを第三者に提供するにあたり、以下の場合を除き、ご本人の同意なく第三者に提供しません。
(1) 法令に基づく場合
(2) 人の生命、身体又は財産の保護のために必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることが困難であるとき。

５．センシティブ情報の取扱い
アソウ・インシュアランス・デザイン株式会社は、政治的見解、信教（宗教、思想及び信条をいいます。）、労働組合への加盟、人種及び民族、門地及び本籍地、保健医療及び性生活並びに犯罪歴に関する個人情報（以下、「センシティブ情報」といいます。）を、次に掲げる場合を除くほか、取得、利用又は第三者提供を行いません。
(1) 保険業の適切な業務運営を確保する必要性から、本人の同意に基づき業務遂行上必要な範囲でセンシティブ情報を取得、利用又は第三者提供する場合
(2) 保険料収納事務等の遂行上必要な範囲において、政治・宗教等の団体若しくは労働組合への所属若しくは加盟に関する従業員等のセンシティブ情報を取得、利用又は第三者提供する場合
(3) 相続手続を伴う保険金支払事務等の遂行に必要な限りにおいて、センシティブ情報を取得、利用又は第三者提供する場合

保険その他の金融商品の販売にあたりましては、保険業法、金融商品の販売等に関する法律、消費者契約法その他の関係法令等を遵守し、以下の方針に基づき、お客様の立場に立った販売活動を行ってまいります。
１．適切な商品のご案内とわかりやすい説明に努めます。

私たちは、コンサートやイベントの保険を主として扱う保険代理店です。そして、単に保険商品を提供するだけでなく、コンサートやイベントを開催するための直接的なサポートも行っています。
私たちはコンサートやイベントが無事に開催されるための努力を惜しみません。契約している気象会社から精密な情報の提供を受け、さらに自社の気象観測装置を駆使し、イベントの運営のサポートをしています。それでもイベントが中止になってしまったときは、今度は保険でサポートします。
2. お客様の最善の利益の追求
私たちは、コンサートやイベントの保険を中心に取り扱う保険代理店として、お客様に対して以下の2つのサポートを行っていきます。
(a) イベントが開催されるためのサポート

開催地における過去20年間の気象状況を調査し、実際にその日程で開催した場所の開催可能率を算出しています。また、実際に開催した場合の気象上の影響についてのシミュレーションを行い、レポートとして提供しています。
(b) 地震レポートの提供
2011年以降に日本で発生した震度5以上の地震を記録し、発生分布図、実際のイベントへの影響の詳細をまとめ、レポートとして提供しています。

We survey the weather conditions for the past 20 years at the venue and calculate the possibility of holding the venue actually held on that schedule. We also provide a report by simulating the impact on the weather of the actual event.
(b) Provision of earthquake report
We record earthquakes with seismic intensity of 5 or more in Japan since 2011, compile a distribution map of the events and details of the impact on the actual event, and provided it as a report.
